“How To Be A Stock Market Player” was created as a resource for people to learn the basics of stock market investing by Omar Best in 2007.  After explaining the stock market and how it works to a co-worker at his job, he realized that there were probably other people who wanted to get involved with stock market investing but just do not know where to begin. Omar also realized that many of the resources out there pretty much catered to people who already knew about the stock market. As a result, he set out to create a resource designed for people who are practically beginners when it comes to stock market investing. The goal of “How To Be A Stock Market Player” is to help people overcome their fear of the stock market through the power of knowledge.

Omar has been actively involved in stock market investing for over 7 years. He became passionate about stock market after taking an investment finance class while in college. Outside of his college studies, Omar began doing research on his own reading and  studying stock market analysis through as many books and resources available to him. He realized the value in investing in stock and became addicted to learning more and more about stock market investing. Omar received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting with honors in 2002 from the Jesse H. Jones School of  Business at Texas Southern University.
